Well Christmas is over, but it was a great one! Grandpa Gale was able to make it to Long Beach with permission from his doctor. We then drove to the mts....Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead. It was so much fun playing in the snow with Kaian in is snow outfit. We ate lots of food and just relaxed by our fireplace at the Lodge where we stayed in Big Bear. Next to come and visit is grandma Janice in Feb. Can't wait! Thanks to everyone for our wonderful Xmas cards and gifts. Happy New Year!

Kaian 4 mths old

Wow life is so busy I never have time to update this blog but here we go. I am now back at work full-time and loving it but missing Kai SO MUCH! Daddy and Kaian came to visit me at work on turkey day so Kai got to see all the animals for the first time...I think he enjoyed himself:)
He had his 4 mth check up. He weighs 16 lbs 11oz and 25 inches. He is talking SO much. I swear I can understand him....lol. Well happy holidays everyone!!!

Grandpa Gale is here!

Grandpa Gale is here now! We have been hanging out and getting mommy ready to go back to work this Sunday:) As many of you know, Kai was in the hospital for 2 days. We thought he had 2 seizures and so we called the night nurse and they said get him to the ER ASAP. As you can imagine we were VERY scared for Kai. After many test...EEG, CAT Scan and blood work they determined he is very healthy and has something called " breath holding spells". It can look just like a seizure. He actually had 2 more while he was in the hospital so the nurses got to see it first hand. It can happen when they get upset or scared and they hold their breath and may become unconscious. In Kai's case he was unresponsive but his eyes rolled into the back of his head...scary. So he is fine and it's something we have to live with. Hope all is well.

So grandma Janice has gone home now. We miss her lots!!! She made us a wonderful Turkey dinner with all the great Thanksgiving foods. She also got Kai this Halloween outfit...a pea in a pod Thanks mom for all your help with Kai and taking care of me and the animals:) Love you.

Grandma Janice is here!!!

Grandma Janice Arrived Monday. She has been helping out with taking care of Kai and cooking some great food!! She will be here for 2 wks so many more pics to come.

So we have had some vistors over the last few weeks. Grandpa Loebl and Glenda were here, then grandma Primrose and now aunt Amanda is here!! Grandma Janice is arriving on Monday to help out! Mommy has been very sick with the flu and another infection. So it's been a very long 2 wks. Kai did weigh in at 14lbs 10oz on Wed 10/21. Here are some photos.
